Services:  our services are alteration and tailoring clothes

Payment Terms: Payment is due in full at the time of service. We currently only accept cash payments. Payments are invoiced in Czech crowns (CZK). We plan to offer card and online payments in the future. Clothes in e-shop are paid by credit card or debit card. We accept the following credit cards and debit cards: VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Maestro. As soon as the payment is approved, we will receive information about the payment finalization so we can proceed to sending the goods right to you.
   The provider of the payment gateway is PayU.

Shipping Policy: shipping costs for ready-to-wear clothes are determined by postal service rates. Products are deliveries within Czech Republic. Delivering is managed by Balikovna and Zasilkovna.

Delivery Policy: Orders are processed during our open hours, 10:00 am until 3:00 pm CET, from Monday to Friday. Delivery time for items in stock is 3 business days. Made-to-order with an estimated delivery time of 7 business days. As  your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number for your parcel.

Booking Policy: Please arrange a visit to us 72 hours in advance to make an appointment at time convenient for you.

Cancellation Policy: We respect and value your time and ask you to respect our time and inform us about canceling your visit 12 hours in advance for better cooperation.

Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with the quality of our services, please bring the repaired item back to us within 14 days of receipt and we will fix deficiencies. A free return cannot be offered. The shipping costs cannot be covered for returning products. All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached. Customised items cannot be returned.

Warranty Policy: We offer a 14-day warranty on all of our repairs, except in case of defective factory fittings. Replacement of factory fittings is paid in that case. We offer a 30-day warranty on all of our tailored clothes.

Liability: We will repair it at our expense in case of damage caused to clothes during the repair process.

Dispute Resolution: If you have any disputes with our business, please contact us directly and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Additional Terms:

* We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

* We accept repairing clothes in a clean state.

* We are not responsible for any delays in repairs caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather or supplier delays.

* We accept for repairing clothes of fabric and leather, fur products with restrictions, possible services are shortening or sewing up holes.

* We accept repairing sports clothes with limited options of repair.

* First-time customers of clothes repairing or tailoring services must pay half price before their clothes are served, and the remaining balance after a service is done.
